Version 2026-06-25 · In force from 25 June 2026
The short version: Housekeeping runs on your own device and works on your own Google account. Your files and your mail are never sent to us. The only personal data we handle is what’s needed to sell you a license and support you — and the sale itself is run by Paddle.
This site and the Housekeeping software are operated by an independent developer based in France, trading as “poietic.studio” (the “Provider”, “we”, “us”), who is the data controller for the processing described here. Contact for any privacy question: contact@poietic.studio. Website hosting: Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Avenue #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA.
The Software runs locally and accesses your Google Drive and Gmail using credentials you supply to it. That content — your files, your emails, their contents and metadata — is processed on your machine and is never transmitted to, stored by, or accessible to us. We operate no server that receives it.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not sell your data.
Purchases are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. Paddle handles your payment details and billing data as an independent controller under its own privacy notice; we never receive or store your card details. See Paddle’s privacy policy at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
The marketing pages of this site set no advertising or analytics cookies. When you open the checkout, Paddle may set cookies that are necessary to process your payment securely; those are governed by Paddle’s notice above.
Beyond Paddle (payments) and Vercel (hosting), the Software interacts with Google on your behalf, using your own credentials and under Google’s terms — we are not party to that access. We share your data only as described here, or where required by law.
Some of our processors (e.g. Vercel, Paddle) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
We keep purchase and acceptance records for as long as needed to provide and support your license and to meet our legal obligations (notably accounting retention periods). Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to certain processing. Exercise any of these by writing to contact@poietic.studio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
We may update this policy; the current version, with its date, always lives at this page.
